Annie Tunheim earned her J.D. Degree from the University Denver College of Law in 2004, where she was Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy. Ms. Tunheim worked as a litigation associate with a downtown Denver firm shortly after graduation, but left to have a career where she could spend more time with her husband and young children.

Ms. Tunheim founded Tunheim Law LLC to help other woman-owned and small businesses create and maintain strong brands.

Ms. Tunheim is admitted to practice in front of the Supreme Court of Colorado and is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the International Trademark Association. She usually can be found in her hundred-year old home near downtown Denver with her husband and three young sons, but is spending 2012 running a virtual law practice from Wollongong, New South Wales.

Ms. Tunheim implements the following practices in order to reduce the impact her practice has on the environment:

1. Running a virtual law office, and one that is more than 95% paperless
2. When paper is necessary, recycled paper is used
3. Natural lighting used whenever possible
